LORANGER—The Wolves cruised through the district and going a perfect 10-0 and
winning District 10-3A Championship.
As a team in district games, Loranger hit .462 with 51 extra base hits and 15 home runs.
Junior Kyle Wheeler led the team in RBIs with 23 and in
home runs with four. Seven players averaged .444 or better with junior catcher Tyler Kendrick sporting a stellar .563 average including nine extra base hits, 12 RBIs and two home runs.
Junior Jake Artigue was next with an impressive .571 average with 10 extra base hits.
Senior captain Kyle Wagner belted 12 hits with a .545 average and fellow senior Josh DePhillipssmacked 14 hits with 12 RBIs with a .500 average. Juniors Zach Serigny and Taylor Abdalla collected 13 and 12
respectively. Abdalla finished with a .444 batting average, while Serigny averaged .520.
